Big Science Competition

Last term students from Years 7-10 participated in the Big Science Competition.The competition tests critical thinking and problem solving skills and questions are set in real-life, contemporary contexts, making them relatable. Competition questions in the Big Science Competition are aligned with the Australian Science Curriculum. Congratulations to all of the girls who completed the competition and approached the challenge with such a positive attitude. Good luck to Caitlin and Jenna in Year 11 who will be undertaking the incredibly challenging Biology Olympiad competition on Monday, 7th August.

 

We also currently have 15 students competing in the NCSS Challenge, a national coding competition. The competition runs over the next 5 weeks and we wish the girls all the best in their Python quest for glory!
