At NEGS Boarding School, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment for students from Year 5 to Year 12, where they develop independence, resilience, and lifelong friendships. Our boarding program is designed to feel like a second family, offering personalised care and guidance to help each student thrive academically and socially. Located in the heart of Armidale, our boarding facilities welcomes students from towns and cities across Australia. We offer full-time, weekly and casual boarding. Day students can extend their day, and book an afternoon which includes afternoon tea, dinner and prep, as well as access to on-campus facilities from after school until the conclusion of prep.

Meet our Head of Boarding
We are proud to have Mrs Kassy Cassidy as our current Head of Boarding. Mrs Cassidy has also previously served as the Head of House for the White House. As an alumna of NEGS, a past parent, and a current parent of boarders, Mrs Cassidy brings a wealth of experience and understanding of the unique needs and concerns of our boarding students and their families. Her long-term commitment ensures continuity in the boarding community.
NEGS looks forward to working with Mrs Cassidy as she assumes this pivotal role. She will foster a collaborative culture, strengthen connections between day school and boarding, and enhance relationships with our boarding families.
