Key Requirements
- A degree in Education (Secondary) or equivalent with NESA accreditation
- Accreditation to teach Mathematics (Stage 4–5)
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Highly Regarded

Junior School Classroom Teacher
We are looking for an engaging educator with a genuine love for teaching young children and the ability to create engaging, student-centred learning experiences. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong understanding of the K-6 curriculum and be committed to fostering the growth and wellbeing of every child in their care.
Selection Criteria Required:
- A Bachelor of Education (Primary) or equivalent, or a degree qualification supported by a Postgraduate Education qualification
- Strong knowledge of the NSW Primary Curriculum and assessment practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and classroom management skills
- A commitment to the academic, social and emotional development of young learners
- Current NSW Working with Children Check and NESA accreditation/registration
Preferred:
- Previous experience teaching K-6
- Experience in an independent or boarding school environment

HEAD COACH
As Head Coach, you will be at the forefront of our coaching program, shaping the training journey of riders from beginner to competition level. You’ll play a key role in lesson planning, staff mentorship, and competition preparation, ensuring a safe, positive, and progressive environment for riders and horses alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee coaching, mentoring, events, operational tasks, health and safety, lesson planning, and squad development among other things as required within this role.
- Coach riders across all levels, promoting skill development and equine welfare
- Mentor and support junior coaching staff to uphold coaching standards
- Plan and manage student participation in local and national competitions
- Ensure compliance with relevant coaching, safety and accreditation standards
- Collaborate with the Equestrian Centre Manager on program development and horse allocation
- Flexibility to support after-hours and weekend school events (with time-in-lieu options)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Essential Criteria:
- Accredited equestrian coaching certification (e.g., EA)
- Proven experience coaching across a range of disciplines
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Organised and capable of managing multiple operational responsibilities
- Committed to rider progression, horse welfare, and safety
Desirable:
- Background or interest in sports psychology
- MR driver’s licence and willingness to drive the school truck
- Willingness to adapt and grow with the needs of the centre
