An Affordable Way To Invest In Your Child’s Future
NEGS has partnered with Edstart to make it easy for you to manage school fee payments. With Edstart Plus, you can spread your fees evenly across the school year in weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments.
Edstart will pay your invoice to the school each term and debit your bank account during the year based on your preferred frequency. You can use Edstart to cover tuition fees, boarding costs and additional charges such as uniforms, extra-curricular activities, camps and trips. For more information, visit edstart.com.au/negs.
There are no transaction fees or interest charges with using Edstart Plus for your NEGS fees. Create your payment plan using the simple fee calculator below then proceed to set up your Edstart account.
NEGS is committed to supporting our long-term families. Discounts on Senior School fees are offered to Junior School students when they move to Senior School when they have been continually enrolled at NEGS:
- From Year 3 – 25%
- From Year 4 – 20%
- From Year 5 – 15%
- From Year 6 – 10%
The Family Loyalty Discount applies to fees from Years 7-12 and cannot be used with other discounts.
NEGS offers sibling discounts to families with more than one child (applicable from Kindergarten to Year 12) attending the School. Where a family has a child who is in receipt of a scholarship, sibling discounts may not apply. Sibling discounts are applied to tuition fees only and at the rate of 20% reduced tuition fee for the second child and 30% reduced tuition fee for the third and subsequent child.
The School may offer discounts on fees where fees are paid in advance for the following school year. Payment of fees in advance is due in November each year. Conditions apply, and details regarding fees in advance are sent to parents in October each year.
Notice of withdrawal of a student must be given in writing to the Principal at least one term in advance, otherwise, a term’s tuition and boarding fees (if applicable) will be charged.
Tuition and boarding fees are invoiced in four instalments each year (three instalments for parents of Year 12 students). Please refer to the Invoice / Statement for the due date.
Parents are asked to immediately let the Business Manager know of any change in circumstances which may affect their capacity to pay the fees so that special arrangements can be made.
Fee payment options include BPAY, direct debit, credit card, cheque and cash. Payment plans are also available (conditions apply – see below for more information).
